Our Design Process

PHASE 1 - SCHEMATIC DESIGN PHASE

The design process begins with an on-site consultation to gather measurements, photographs, project details, and client inspiration to establish a clear vision for the space. From there, collaboration with contractors is coordinated as needed to address structural considerations, followed by the development of detailed floor plans and elevation drawings in AutoCAD.

PHASE 2 - DETAILED DESIGN PHASE

The design phase concludes with finalized floor plans, elevations, and any necessary construction or millwork drawings to ensure every detail is fully planned out. Finishes and furnishings are selected, including flooring, tile, countertops, hardware, lighting, paint colors, and window treatments, etc. culminating in a comprehensive design presentation.
